- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While trying to obtain a quote from Rene Budge, he was very rude individual. I have never dealt with anyone like that before. He took my info an then proceeded to tell me that my past issues were my fault which had nothing to do with what I was calling for. I continued with trying to talk with Mr. Budge but he would just talk over me and not even listen to what I had to say. I was just calling for a quote.
