  My girlfriend and I have been with Jones & Associates for a few years now and we couldn't be happier with the service they provide. We used to be with Allstate but became very dissatisfied with them due to repeatedly not receiving call backs for our inquiries and just generally being treated poorly. At Jones they are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. However, what allows them to leave the competition in the dust is that they actually treat you like a person instead of a number. I would never go back to a "big box" insurance company after seeing what they have to offer and I would recommend them to anyone. We deal directly with Jordan Zuke and he is fantastic! Oh and did I mention that they are cheaper too?!

  My boyfriends life was basically destroyed with debilitating anxiety because economical completely screwed him over by not fixing his truck after a not fault accident because the appraiser knew somebody who wanted the truck because of how good of shape it was in and how minor the damage was and even said so because we knew him from superior auto body. After telling us it's only $2000 to fix he tells company $6700. When insurance company called to ask for permission to move truck he denied because he wanted to get on appraisal done. We showed up there with appraiser and truck was gone. Sold at auction to true value auto sales on memorial. They said they had no idea if they even had the truck or where it was if they had it anymore. So he got the police involved and the guy totally changed his tune gave it back instantly. My boyfriend had to pay $2000 out of pocket to fix it himself and after that insurance company said I probably cut corners and they would not even send somebody to look at it. Because blue book value was $4700 they would be paying nothing. He even got hurt and never got a penny. Jones and associates would not go to bat for him just give him empathetic remarks how there is not much they can do they tried to make a few phone calls but that's nothing. Then years later they said he should of called ombudsman...... would have been nice to know then!!! They're nice but it's a ploy to get your money. Avoid like the plague. All insurance companies are legalized extortionists and the middle men and companies like Jones are just their puppets. To this day he rarely leaves his house his anxiety is through the roof. He was never the same after that. He had to sell family heirlooms to pay for truck maybe that's what's bugs him most; Because he was working for minimum wage and living on his on his own. One thing he will admit they were always professional and polite but of course they are they want your money. Will never forgive or forget. I know this story sounds like a bit much but it's 100% truth.
