  My name is Brook Dowdell, me and my boyfriend have been going to pet smart for a while Now. But we recently had gotten a Chinese water dragon from there, and he had died two weeks after getting him. We had completely forgot about having a pet store so close to our home. We decided to go and see what they had there, because me personally had never been there. We had told them what happened, and they felt so sorry for us. And apologized for what had happened. Now we have been going there almost every week. I find them so incredibly helpful. They have gave us hope again in getting more reptiles. Every time we go in there we feel so welcome, the staff is so incredible and I really couldn't ask for anything better than thunder pet. I can't help but feel happy to go there.
